EXtreme Policies:
As you can see from the
policies below, the EXtreme units are for only the most serious, dedicated
enthusiast who is looking for the ultimate in tube audio amplification.
New units
1) All new EXtreme Hurricane
units are built by special order only.
2) There is a 65% down
payment required at the time of ordering. Balance is due prior to shipping
the amplifiers out.
3) There will be a 25%
restocking fee (of deposit) on all cancelled orders.
4) No returns will be
accepted on EXtreme units.
5) Turnaround time is
approximately 30 days from date of order depending on current work load.
6) All modifications are
performed at our New York facility only.
Customer supplied units:
1) There
is a 50%, non-refundable, down payment required at the time of
ordering. Deposit is not required until we receive the amplifiers at our
New York location.
2) Turnaround time is
approximately 30 days from date of receiving units depending on current
work load.
3) All modifications are
performed at our New York facility only. Please DO NOT ship
any amplifiers to our Chicago location. You will have to pay for
additional shipping/insurance to New York.
4) Response Audio is NOT a
reseller for the VH Audio V-Cap capacitors or Pulsar Wire (both
trademarks of VH Audio) or any of the components we use within our
modifications. If you would like to obtain any of the VH Audio products for
personal DIY use, please contact VH Audio.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS
