circumstances when I will be able to have you call me or I
can call you back during evening hours, 6PM-11PM, if
arrangements are made via email.
There are many times when I cannot return phone calls due to
unclear phone messages. Please state your name and phone number
slowly and clearly. If you do not receive a return phone call or
email with a 24 hour period, it is not because we are ignoring
you rather we did not understand or receive your message. Please
contact us again as you the consumer are the most important part
of Response Audio

OUR
SHOWROOM
Aside from
being a manufacturing and service facility for other OEM
companies, Response Audio also has a showroom location where
consumers may come and audition many products carried by both us
and our affiliate partner
Jam'n Audio. Auditions at Response Audio's showroom are via
appointment only and are based on our manufacturing schedule.
PURCHASING
POLICY Response Audio has a no return policy.
We do not offer any
trials or money-back guarantees on custom built products. When
you make a buying decision, it is a final decision, not
buy-to-try decision. Due to the cost, delicacy and custom built
nature of most of the products we carry, we cannot offer in-home trials.

All custom built and manufactured to order items require pre
payment. Under no circumstances will custom built or built to
order items be subject to any return or cancellations
Response Audio will work with our customers to resolve any
issues related to damage in shipping, however, shipping is FOB
Endicott, NY and it is the customers responsibility to initiate
a claim with the transportation service used for delivery. We
will only ship items fully insured for their replacement value
plus shipping cost. If you choose not to have a product insured,
Response Audio is not responsible for any damages and any/all
repair cost will be the consumers responsibility. This includes
all international shipments.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Acceptable forms of payment
include VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit
cards. In the case of mail order sales, we require your credit
card number, expiration date, your name as it appears on your
credit card, billing address, and a phone number for all sales.
Please have your credit card available when ordering. Prepayment
via personal check, money order, or cashiers checks is accepted
as well (made payable to Response Audio Co. LLC). We reserve the
right to wait the appropriate time for any check to clear,
before shipping any product. CODs are no longer accepted. For
international sales we recommend payment via bank check made
out in US funds, or US funds wired to our bank. All prices
quoted are in US dollars and do NOT include any taxes or duties
which are generally payable by the customer upon receipt of the
merchandise on international orders. PLEASE contact us prior to
making any international sales. PLEASE NOTE that due to New York
state law, we are required to charge sales tax for those orders
delivered within New York state. The amount of sales tax applied
is dependant on where the customer accepts delivery of the
product. Sales tax does NOT apply to orders delivered outside
of New York state.
PAYPAL - Our email address of Response34@aol.com is our
Paypal account. If you are considering paying for an order via
Paypal, you must contact us first to assure the product(s) are
available. There is a 3% fee associated with all Paypal
payments. If we have to refund a Paypal payment due to a
backordered or out of stock product, we will not return the
Paypal fees that were charged to our account so please do not
place an order and pay via Paypal without confirmation and an
invoice from us first..
RETURNS: If the new product you receive is
damaged or not functioning properly upon receipt, we will work
with you to replace or repair it at no cost to you. The customer
is responsible for properly repackaging and the cost for
shipping/returning (including insurance - very important) the
product to Response Audio. Unless explicitly agreed to and
stated on your invoice by Response Audio there are no returns,
cash refunds, or store credit unless we cannot resolve any
issues associated with a faulty product.
USED EQUIPMENT SALES: All of our used equipment
is cleaned, inspected, and tested before shipment unless
otherwise stated. Used items are not returnable. We are very
conservative on our rating of used gear. If any used piece of
equipment is damaged in shipping, Response Audio will work with
you in submitting a damage claim with the carrier. In such a
case, Response Audio must be notified within 3 business days as
most carriers will not honor any claims that take longer than 10
days to submit.
METHODS OF SHIPMENT:
Almost all items we ship are shipped via UPS Ground. We may also
ship heavier products, over 50 ponds, by freight carrier. All prices,
unless otherwise noted, do not include shipping which we
calculate at the time you place your order. Faster modes of
shipping are available at additional cost. If you desire
expedited shipping, please let us know when you place your
order. Smaller packages, usually under 5 pounds, can be shipped
via US Postal Priority Mail but we do not recommend delicate
products being shipped through the post office. For
international shipments, we also use UPS International, USPS or
freight carrier. Please note that you will be responsible for all
taxes and duties once the package reaches your destination.
Response Audio WILL NOT ship any international packages without
the proper invoice total applied. For those who wish to chance
not having any insurance, Response Audio will not be responsible
for any damages nor are these damages covered under our (or
other manufacturers') warranty.
PRICING
Response Audio does not discount products found on the retail
site beyond their listed price. We feel the the products we
carry already represent great value. For larger 'package' deals, we do
throw in a few added bonuses and many products may also include
shipping.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error, error in pricing information received from
our distributors, or an increase in the price of a product that
we are not notified of, Response Audio has the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the
incorrect price. You will be notified at time of placing such an
order of the error in pricing. We will not charge your credit
card or accept payment on any order until you confirm
acknowledgement of the correct price. You will have the option
of canceling your order or purchasing the product at the proper
price.

Both Response Audio and Bella Extreme websites are owned and
operated by Response Audio Co. LLC. No materials, including
pictures, from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified,
republished, or posted, in any form or by any means without
Response Audio’s written permission. Response Audio reserves the
right to make changes to this site, policies, pricing and
specifications at any time.
